2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  2. The iPhone must be in original condition, unused, and free from physical damage.

  3. The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (charger, cable, manuals, SIM ejector tool, etc.).

  4. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of the refund or partial refund at our discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Devices that show signs of physical damage, water damage, or tampering.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Any device that has been activated and used beyond reasonable inspection.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective iPhone:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • We may request return of the device for inspection before approval.

If the defect is confirmed and not caused by customer misuse, you may receive:

  • A replacement device, or

  • A full refund

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval will be communicated via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 21 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Price differences (customers may need to pay the difference if upgrading)

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if:

  • The cancellation request is submitted before the item is shipped.

  • Payment has not yet been processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process.
